The homemaker brand LG, has recently come up with a protope of a pod-based system that basically can make ice-cream at our very homes. SnowWhite is what they are calling it right now. It also gives us the option of choosing the base and the flavor. It can also be used to make other frozen desserts like gelato (Italian style ice-cream, which is much denser than what we eat in our country), sorbet (made with sweetened ice water), yoghurt and more.

Revealed at South by Southwest conference in Austin, Texas, the device is a personal ice-cream maker for your kitchen that uses specialized capsules to deliver the desired product. There have been pod-based coffee machines in the past which were once a concept and are now reality, let’s see how this one turn out.
