After the real success of its predecessor, Zenfone Max Pro M1, the Taiwan based tech giant, ASUS, has launched its to be mascot in Indian market, ZENFONE MAX PRO M2.

Released in December 2018, this new budget oriented device has everything you need for a routine day or for a mood lifted day full of joy. It comes with Snapdragon 660 Soc, which is a 1.8 GHz octa core processor accompanied with Adreno 512 GPU. The body is quit durable and is made with hybrid plastic. It comes with a support of true dual Volte and a dedicated memory card slot (up to 512 gb). The display is 6.26 inches, IPS LCD panel which comes with the new drop notch design, giving the phone an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a pixel density of 403dpi, which indeed is a good quality display. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

The camera at the back is a dual 12MP(f/1.8) primary sensor plus 5MP(2.4) depth sensor and supports 4k videos and high speed slow motion videos. The front camera, being a single 13MP(f/2.0) shooter also has a dedicated flash and can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. Bluetooth 5.0, finger print scanner mounted at the rear, and a massive 5000 Mah battery are some of the other irresistible features.

The device, as of now, runs on Android 8.1(Oreo) and is expected to receive the 9.0 PIE update by later January, 2019. The company has high hopes from the market and the device is truly optimized for the needs of Indian customers.
